El cajon mountain 1 - june 28, 2017

This was one of the more difficult hikes that i have ever completed.  although it was less than an 11-mile round trip, and the peak is only 3,584', there are a lot of "ups and downs" that result in over 4,000' of climbing.  nevertheless, it is a beautiful hike!
